Scott Dettman is a dynamic leader with a strong track record of driving growth through transformation and innovation in the human capital arena. In 2019, Scott joined Avenica to accelerate their mission of connecting high potential talent to meaningful careers. Prior to Avenica, Scott worked at ManPower Group for 6 years in progressive leadership roles spanning analytics and transformation to general management and business development. Scott has a master’s degree and Ph.D. (ABD) in Quantitative Social Science from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and most recently completed an Executive Leadership program at Harvard Business School.

She has more than 20 years of global experience in the marketing, strategy, design, and delivery of learning and workforce development solutions. Prior to her role at the AdCouncil, she was the Chief People and Diversity and Inclusion Officer at Marcus Thomas. Elise is also the co-founder of Dandi, a platform that transforms how HR and DEI Teams use data to understand and support their workforce.

With over 20 years of experience in cybersecurity, Dhani is a pioneering member of the Security Information and Event Management industry, who helped shape that solution space in its early days. Dhani has held individual contributor and leadership roles at startup and Multi-national organizations and is consistently recognized as a top performer, thought leader, problem solver, and has earned numerous accolades and recognition for the same.

Atlanta native Brandon Hurst graduated magna cum laude in accounting from Alabama State University. After completing his MBA in finance, he joined Chick-fil-A's Leadership Development Program, facilitating successful franchise launches nationwide. At the age of 26, Brandon became a franchise owner, opening the first Chick-fil-A in downtown Baltimore. Today, he owns multiple Chick-fil-A franchises in Brooklyn. Brandon has received multiple awards including the MLK Jr. Award for community service, and speaks regularly on the importance of community service, youth education, leadership development, and social justice.

Fahad Chowdhury is a Partner with New York Life Insurance Company. He leads a team of Financial Professionals (Agents and Advisors) at Queens General Office of the New York Life Insurance Company. Prior to New York Life, Fahad was a member of the leadership team of CIB COO Securities Operations and Technology for Americas at Deutsche Bank. He was responsible for growth strategy, execution, operations management, governance and structure, innovation, and digitization. Before his tenure at Deutsche Bank, Fahad was a Management Consultant at WIPRO’s Securities and Capital Market Industry Advisory Group.

In the last two years, Tredesha has led numerous program management initiatives for Women on the Move within the Financial Health and Wealth division. Tredesha holds a BBA in International Business from Baruch College, City University of New York, and a certificate in Diversity & Inclusion for Human Resources from Cornell University.
